Team Attorney

Samantha has always been dedicated to education. Prior to attending law school, Samantha obtained her Bachelor’s degree and certifications in Elementary and Special Education.

Samantha concentrates her practice on special education, education, and municipal law. She has extensive experience representing municipal and authority clients, as well as school districts in a variety of matters. These matters include employment matters, contract negotiations, Right to Know, and special education matters, from inception through resolution.

Samantha has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2023 and 2024. Samantha is a Delaware County Times Top Lawyer and Top Attorney in Montgomery County. Samantha currently serves as President of the Delaware County Children and Youth Advisory Committee.
