Kim McGinley

With over 30 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Kimberly specializes in supporting individuals, families, and children with complex communication needs. Her work spans diverse clinical and educational settings, where she integrates treatment, consultation, and interprofessional collaboration to address a full spectrum of communication challenges. Currently, Kim serves as an instructional coach for the SPEACS program through the ACCESS Project, providing critical coaching and support to improve educational outcomes. Additionally, she is an instructor at both the University of Delaware and LaSalle University, where she teaches graduate courses in augmentative communication and pediatric feeding within Speech Pathology programs. In her private practice, Kim continues to deliver direct therapeutic support to children and families while offering consultative services to schools and community programs.
