Jean McNealis is an Occupational Therapist with 40 years of experience working in public and private schools in the Delaware County area.  She has served as a service provider, evaluator and consultant in district and intermediate unit programs, private schools, technical schools and in student homes.  She served as the Coordinator of Occupational and Physical Therapy for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit for approximately 20 years during which time she supervised and supported occupational and physical therapists, therapy assistants and contracted therapists for early intervention and school aged programs for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, private schools and districts. She is experienced in staff training and consultative services.   Jean has extensive experience in supporting teams in IEP development and participating in team meetings, including informal meetings and preparation for due process.
