Nick Rotoli

After a 39-year career in public education, Nick Rotoli retired from full-time work in 2015. He began his career as an English teacher in Camden NJ, and then spent over 27 years in administration as a principal and assistant superintendent. He has experience in both urban and suburban districts. Since “retiring,” he has worked as a consultant for Pennsylvania Department of Education, conducted professional development on School Leadership, and presently works as an adjunct professor for Neumann, Widener, and Eastern Universities. He has served on the Owen J Roberts School Board since July, 2022. 

Nick provides consultation in the areas of professional development for administration to help identify areas of systemic need and a plan for organizational growth, including Root Cause and Data Analysis, Teacher Training, Instructional Improvement, and SMART goal setting.
